25 g Onion
1/2 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
2 Medium Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
25 g Tomatoes
100 g Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun
1 Tbsp Hummus
40 g Vegan Protein Powder
1 Violife Cheese Slice
Procedure
Prepare the beyond burger as described on its package.
Roast the buns.
Slice onion and tomato.
Spread vegan mayo and hummus on the inside of the bun.
Add the remaining ingredients (except for protein powder) into the bun.
Mix the protein powder with water to make a protein shake to accompany the meal.
