Pasta With Tofu & Avocado

Ingredienser

  1. 75 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti

  2. 60 g Avocado

  3. 100 g Tofu

  4. 100 g Mushrooms

  5. 1 Tsp Black Pepper

  6. 1.5 Tsp Herbes de Provence

  7. 50 g Cherry Tomatoes

  8. 1 Tsp Olive Oil


Procedure

  1. Prepare the pasta as described on the package.

  2. Cut tofu in slices of desired size.

  3. On a baking tray with baking paper, add the tofu and rinsed cherry tomatoes. Season with some of the black pepper and herbes de provence.

  4. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celcius for 45-60 minutes until ready.

  5. Slice the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil. Season with black pepper and herbes de provence.

  6. When everything is prepared, add to a plate along with avocado!
