Ingredients

  1. 10 g Frozen Strawberries

  2. 10 g Frozen Spinach

  3. 500 g Soy Milk

  4. 5 g Linseeds

  5. 10 g Peanut Butter

  6. 10 g Banana

  7. 10 g Oats

  8. 55 g Vegan Protein Powder


Procedure

1. Add frozen strawberry & spinach in the blender.

2. Add the soy milk.

3. Add the rest in the blender.

4. Blend.


Tip: Ice cubes can be added to make the shake cooler and more liquid.
