Ingredients
10 g Frozen Strawberries
10 g Frozen Spinach
500 g Soy Milk
5 g Linseeds
10 g Peanut Butter
10 g Banana
10 g Oats
55 g Vegan Protein Powder
Procedure
1. Add frozen strawberry & spinach in the blender.
2. Add the soy milk.
3. Add the rest in the blender.
4. Blend.
Tip: Ice cubes can be added to make the shake cooler and more liquid.
